Dr. Glenn Cooperman Rancho Mirage

Dr. Cooperman’s training and experiences are diverse and cover a multitude of academic and clinical disciplines. He graduated Magnua Cum Laude and was to elected to Phi Beta Kappa while completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the State University of New York at Albany. He received his MD degree at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles.After completing internship at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina, he completed one year of residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles and four years of residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at both St. John’s Mercy Medical Center and St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. Susequently, he entered clinical practice spending three years with San Dimas Medical Group in Bakersfield, California before creating and operating his own solo practice for nine years as Contemprary Women’s Health Care, Inc. in Atascadero, California consisting of Obstetrics, Gynecology, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He served as interim chairman of the Department of OBGYN at Twin Cities Community Hospital in Templeton, California and establised a central coast fertility center while working extensively with Huntington Reproductive Center in Westlake Village, California performing assisted reproductive technologies.Subsequently, Dr. Cooperman established the Institute for Vitality and Health Enhancement spending three years in academic medicine providing marketing, teaching and consulting services for Cenegenics Medical Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada specializing in proactive Age Management Medicine. He then returned to clincial practice devoted strictly to ambulatory medicine and spent nine years with Pinnacle Medical Group, Inc. in Salinas, California specializing in urgent care and family practice.Most recently he relocated to Coachella Valley and after spending two years with Executive Urgent Care in Indian Wells joined Halo Multispecialty Group in Palm Desert and established Palm Valley Family Practice and Gynecology devoted to ambulatory medicine for both men and women incorporating the very latest in proactice preventive medicine and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.
